How to set up and use the Scout app to create a profile for you and your dog, for scheduling and for invoicing.
Welcome to Scout! The main functions of this app are:
Scheduling - You can view your schedule on Scout, cancel walks as needed, and request extra walks outside your regular weekly scheduled walks
Profile - You can create a profile with all the information we need to give your pup the best and safest experience possible! Your profile contains your contact information, but you can also update us on your vet's info, pick up and drop off instructions, food allergies, behaviours etc.
Invoicing - Scout automatically runs our invoicing for us each week. You simply need to add your credit card or Paypal information into the app and you will receive an invoice by email and see your card debited automatically for the payment. It's so easy!
Communication - We send all communication emails (regarding holiday scheduling, policy changes etc) from Scout to the PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS listed on your Scout profile.
